I have purchased multiple cakes over the last three years for this sort of thing. But, Tina requested a lasagna. I always thought a cake was good enough for these little birthday moments on the show. Tina thinks a little bigger... meatier... and cheesier. I still bought a cake though.
In a show first, she blew out candles on the lasagna. I purchased 24 candles and it wasn't enough to illustrate her actual age. Since this is TV, no one watching will ever know.
